We have done a World Bank Project for “Training to Caretakers and Mechanics” under the Bihar Plateau Development Programme.

This was a water user’s programme for Hand Pump Mechanic & its users for making them aware & trained for Hand-pump’s maintenance in remote villages at Rania & Arkie Blocks in Khunti sub-division of Ranchi District and Sunder-Pahari & Boarijore of Santhal-Pargana District of the current Jharkhand State. The training was conducted at their respective villages.

We have distributed necessary “tools kits” to all the trainees under this programme. Altogether they were 400 participants who participated actively in this programme.
