The Department of Sports & Youth Welfare under the then Ministry of HRD, Govt. Of India, had sanctioned a project on Youth Welfare Leadership Training Programme to us and given the responsibilities of conducting it at Deoghar.

We established a “Readymade Garment & Dress designing -cum-training Centre” for both male & female youth in order to empowering them in their self-employment.

After the thorough training they have been self-sustained & became self-employed later-on.

We have also undertaken the youth leadership training program at rural level with the initiative of Gram Panchayat of ‘Maner Block’ and ‘Bihta Block’ in Patna District.

Till date, we have imparted basic education and training to 237 male and 63 female of these Blocks. For imparting education, we have conducted formal classes for primary education as well as the basic knowledge to make them aware and educate them on the benefits of upliftment in educational level.
